Your future, as a Project Manager at mydentist. You’ll be joining our Tech and Transformation team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG). The role is permanent and full time with hybrid working arrangements. You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away, with an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside.

Your future, your role:

As Project Manager, you’ll be managing and coordinating a variety of customer and practice projects to increase the adoption of digital technologies to increase customer self-service and optimise practice operations. Ensuring the benefits are realised through the increase of online self-service, in-practice self-service, AI and automation and use of data insights to drive business growth. Working with the programme governance team to ensure accurate risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are tracked, maintained and evaluated where required. Ensure the projects have detailed business cases with known costs and benefits. Provide strong cost management and financial control of all risks, issues and measuring plans vs actual and a forecast.

You will need 3+ years working in projects/programme management, ideally in a health care, retail or multisite environment. Enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about supporting our practices and ultimately helping the nation smile.
