Your future, as a Project Manager at mydentist. You will be joining our Central Operations department which is based at our Support Centre (M26). The role is permanent with full-time hours and hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite (M26 1GG). You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away, with an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days).

Your future, your role:

As a Project Manager you’ll be:

  • Working closely with our Mergers and Acquisitions team to support our growth projects.
  • A hands-on approach, supporting stakeholders and delivering work to hit deadlines.
  • Ensuring project plans and action logs are always up-to-date and completed with enough detail to effectively run working groups and the project itself.
  • Initiating management actions in response to project progress reports (achievement, productivity and risk).
  • Establishing appropriate best practice programme/project management techniques within their project portfolio.

You will need:

  • 2+ years working in projects/programmes in a multi-site business environment.
  • Advanced communication (verbal, written, listening) skills.
  • Ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity understanding the impact of this on the portfolio of projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Projects (beneficial).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
