Your future, your role:
As a Product and Portfolio Manager, you'll be:
- Maintaining and flexing a portfolio of digital healthcare products that will deliver the business benefits
- Managing medical technologies including: Xray AI, Lab Software, CBCT scanners, OPG, CEPH, Microscopes
- Structuring, planning and sequencing the technical projects in line with business objectives and other strategic pillars
- Identifying and facilitating the prioritisation of options and decisions; communicating complex scenarios and financials in a way that enables senior leaders to make decisions
- Providing reports on status and prognosis, as required by line manager and senior leadership team
- Managing a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership and business change teams
- Maintaining close working relationship with both the field and the finance team, to understand the financials on all scanners within the portfolio
Experience:
- Previous experience of managing a portfolio of projects
- 5 years plus management experience
- Hardware product management experience in healthcare with multi-site experience is essential
- Demonstrable experience of managing budgets and planning, monitoring and reporting on project progress
- Previous experience working in dental industry, particularly labs or dental supply chain preferred but not essential
Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate and manage potential conflict effectively
- Customer service oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Able to detect and resolve problems
- Ability to use MS Excel and PowerPoint at advanced level
