A full-time and permanent position as a Dual Site Practice Manager to manage two practices located on Welsh Row Nantwich & Crewe Road Haslington. They are 4-chair and 3-chair practices that offer a mix of NHS and Private work with a stable core support team.

Your role includes:
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships
- Managing compliance and meeting regulator requirements
- Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions
