Your future, as a Paid Media Executive at mydentist. You’ll be joining our Marketing Team within our Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to mydentist’s 4 million patients by supporting paid media activity across search and paid social channels, helping patients find and access the care they need. The role is permanent and full time. Hybrid working arrangements, with a split between being in the office and working from home. Supportive and experienced team. Your future, your role:
As a Paid Media Executive, you’ll be an enthusiastic and detail-oriented marketer, supporting the planning, delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns across paid search and paid social channels. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and an external agency partner to drive performance, efficiency and patient acquisition.
- Support the setup, optimisation and ongoing management of paid search and paid social campaigns
- Work alongside external agencies to help manage campaigns, briefs, performance reviews and optimisation activity
- Assist with campaign delivery across platforms such as Google Ads and paid social advertising channels
- Monitor performance and report against agreed KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Carry out keyword research, audience targeting and ad creative testing
- Support budget management and efficient use of media spend
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, CRM and wider marketing teams to maximise performance
- Support local and national marketing activity across our network of practices
- Opportunity to leverage CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to enhance workflows and lead management, with prior CRM experience beneficial but not essential
An ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience in paid media or digital marketing, either in-house or agency side, with a strong interest in both paid search and paid social. Experience working with external agencies, or within a multi-site, retail or consumer services environment, is beneficial. You’ll enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about supporting our practices and ultimately helping the nation smile.
