Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentist. You’ll be joining us at our First Avenue practice in Poynton, SK12 1YP. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.
The working pattern for this role will be full-time, working Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00, plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note that working from home is not possible.

- Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
- Monitor and report on marketing performance
- Support patients through their treatment journey
- Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
- Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
- Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
