Your future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentist. You’ll be joining us at our Kettering Practice. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. This is a clinical role that will also include the use of scanners, so the successful candidate will need to be a GDC registered Dental Nurse. The working pattern for this role will be on a full-time basis Monday-Friday. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.
The practice offers significant growth opportunities due to the practice plans to relocate to a larger site and increase surgeries early 2026.

What you'll be doing:
- Performing and reviewing patient scans using TRIOS software
- Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
- Monitor and report on marketing performance
- Support patients through their treatment journey
- Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
- Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
- Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers

- Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
- Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
- Confidence using all social platforms
- Great at building relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
