Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, youll be:
- Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
You will enjoy being part of a team thats passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
Skills and Expereince
- A background in healthcare is required for this role
- Extensive management experience
- Strong people management skills
- A good understanding of referral systems and processes
