Supportive and experienced team. Benefitting from a convenient location, the nearest bus stop is attached to the shopping centre with Newcastle City Centre, a short 20 min drive away. Free parking is available.

Fantastic earnings potential from a private and NHS mix that’s right for you; by year two on average our newly qualified dentists have achieved a 50 / 50 split between NHS and private. 50% revenue split on all private work.
You can choose to have an in practice clinical mentor on hand to guide and support you for at least three days per week for your first six months. With a UDA allocation, you will enjoy an NHS pension as well as access to NHS long term sick pay and NHS maternity / paternity / adoption pay. Choice of working hours and location to suit you when you join and into the future when things change. Opportunity to consider hours that will work around DCT placements.
Access to the Clinical Development Advisor for your location for support to develop your career and grow your revenue. We have partnerships with the major providers for implants, aligners and other products you may wish to access.
Through our Academy you will attend a specific newly qualified dentist face to face induction. In your first year you can choose to be supported in setting a development plan tailored to meet your needs; core CPD is via Agilio. Access to industry-leading central Support Centre; this includes experienced Marketing, Compliance, IT and Patient Support teams.
