Your future, your role:

As a Senior M&A Manager, you’ll be:

  • Working closely with the Head of M&A to identify, assess, prioritise, manage and complete acquisitions, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.
  • Building relationships in the market with sellers, practice owners, principals, agents, brokers and other key external stakeholders.
  • Assessing and prioritising targets based on financial metrics, fitting with the mydentist strategy, geographical location, growth potential etc.
  • Owning and managing business case development, working closely with the finance, property and operational teams.

You will need:

  • Experience in running multiple M&A transactions end-to-end, from origination to completion.
  • Strong project management skills and able to manage multiple projects and workstreams, running concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented, with proven analytical, numerate and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong financial skills and ability to understand financial modelling and carry out valuations.
  • Understanding of deal mechanics and the legal aspects of HoTs, due diligence and SPAs / BPAs.
