Job Description Your future, as a Product Manager - Clear Aligners at mydentist The Clear Aligners Product Manager is responsible for driving the growth and development of the clear aligner portfolio through effective product management, project delivery, and partner relationship management.

The role leads the implementation of new products, services, and strategic initiatives, ensuring successful execution from concept through to launch and ongoing operational support.

Working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, commercial, academy, field, and support centre teams, the role focuses on enhancing the clinician and patient experience, improving operational processes, and delivering initiatives that support clear aligner adoption and business growth.

The position also acts as a key liaison with external aligner partners, managing relationships and collaborating on product development, support programmes, and service enhancements.

The role plays a critical part in ensuring clinicians and practice teams have the tools, training, communications, and operational support required to successfully deliver clear aligner treatments and achieve growth targets across the network.

You’ll be joining our Private and Specialist Division within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

Working with clear aligner partners to plan and deliver new product launches; improve support and operational processes.

Managing the communication of updates and new product/initiative launches Managing the partner relationships and product management of clear aligner support tools, such as Clear Forward and Dental Monitoring.

Working closely with the clinical team, mydentist Academy to create and maintain a framework of support and education for clear aligners and clear aligner growth.

Supporting field and practice teams with operational issues and queries.

Skills and Experience we're looking for Commercial awareness with experience balancing customer, operational and business objectives.

Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation.

Experience working with external suppliers, vendors or strategic partners.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical, operational, commercial and external partner groups.

Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Process improvement and problem-solving capability, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience.

Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering margin and revenue growth Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Good knowledge of Clear Aligners, healthcare or dental Adaptable and resilient, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Highly organised with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
