Support Centre , which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

Your future, your role As a Product Manager - Clear Aligners, you will: Project managing the delivery of new products and initiatives in the clear aligner portfolio
Cross-functional working with support centre teams to manage and improve clear aligner operational processes.
Working with clear aligner partners to plan and deliver new product launches; improve support and operational processes.
Managing the communication of updates and new product/initiative launches
Managing the partner relationships and product management of clear aligner support tools, such as Clear Forward and Dental Monitoring.
Working closely with the clinical team, mydentist Academy to create and maintain a framework of support and education for clear aligners and clear aligner growth.
Supporting field and practice teams with operational issues and queries.
Skills and Experience we're looking for Commercial awareness with experience balancing customer, operational and business objectives.
Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation.
Experience working with external suppliers, vendors or strategic partners.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical, operational, commercial and external partner groups.
Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Process improvement and problem-solving capability, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience.
Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering margin and revenue growth
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
