Job Description
Your future, as a Growth Practice Marketing Manager at mydentist Youll be joining our Marketing Team within our Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of new mydentist practices by taking end-to-end ownership of marketing for merges, relocations and new practice launches, ensuring each launch is set up for success from day one.

The role is permanent and full time.

Hybrid working arrangements, with a split between being in the office and working from home.

Your future, your role As a Growth Practice Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of marketing activity for new, merged and relocated practices.

Youll take ownership of launches from a marketing perspective, ensuring practices open smoothly and are commercially set up for success.

Take end-to-end ownership of marketing for new, merged and relocated practice launches.

Lead forecasting and demand planning to support launch performance and patient acquisition.

Develop and deliver tailored launch plans aligned to commercial objectives.

Coordinate activity across CRM, Paid Media, SEO, Content and local marketing channels.

Work closely with Facilities, Operations, Finance and Clinical teams to align timelines and dependencies.

Monitor launch performance, identifying risks and opportunities and adjusting plans where needed.

Ensure launches are delivered on time, on brand and within agreed budgets.

Embed a consistent and scalable approach to M&R marketing activity across the practice network.

Opportunity to leverage CRM tools (e. g.

Hub Spot) to enhance workflows and lead management, with prior CRM experience beneficial but not essential.

An ideal candidate will have proven experience leading marketing activity for launches, rollouts or multi-site programmes, with strong forecasting, planning and stakeholder management skills.

Experience within healthcare, retail or consumer services environments is beneficial.
