Your future, as Finance Business Partner (Transformation) at mydentist. Youll be joining our Finance Team - this is a hybrid role flexible on location within the UK with occasional requirement to be in our Head Office in North Manchester. The role is a 12 month FTC.

Your role as Finance Business Partner (Transformation) includes:
- Partnering with functional leaders and the TMO to develop robust, evidence-based business cases for strategic initiatives
- Building financial models, investment appraisals and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Reviewing and challenging assumptions, costs, benefits and risks to ensure commercial robustness and alignment to business objectives
- Providing commercial insight to support prioritisation of initiatives and investment decisions
- Establishing and maintaining a consistent approach to benefits tracking across transformation initiatives
- Monitoring financial and operational benefits against approved business cases, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
- Producing regular reporting on programme performance, financial outcomes and return on investment
- Supporting financial planning, forecasting and budget management across transformation programmes
- Ensuring financial governance standards and controls are applied consistently across initiatives
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as the primary Finance contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Driving continuous improvement in business case methodology, financial modelling, reporting and benefits realisation processes
Essential experience includes:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Significant experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A role within a large, complex organisation
- Experience supporting strategic transformation, change programmes or major business projects
- Strong track record of developing business cases, financial models and investment appraisals
- Excellent commercial acumen and financial analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and constructively challenge senior leaders
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, with experience of reporting and planning tools advantageous
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
