You will be joining our People Experience Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG). The role is a 12 month fixed term contract and full time with hybrid working arrangements - one day per week in the office.

Your role:

As an Employee Relations Partner, you’ll be:

  • Ensuring high quality, customer focused advice and support is provided
  • Ensuring that risks are effectively identified and managed in a compliant and commercially aware manner within the appropriate processes
  • Supporting operational management within allocated region in all aspects of disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance management, as well as other processes relevant under the employee relations remit
  • Working with employee relations team to analyse and understand trends in people issues across the regions and implement appropriate solutions
  • Supporting delivery of the HR people plan both personally and through the employee relations team

Person Specification:

  • Ability to deal with complex people issues and effectively mitigate risk
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent up to date knowledge of current UK employment law
  • Significant case management experience
  • Excellent written skills
  • Good IT skills including Word and Excel
  • Experience of analysing and presenting information
