mydentist is recruiting a Clinical Director (Clinical Operations) to lead and shape clinical processes across the UK. The role is permanent, full-time, with hybrid working arrangements and travel to practices and the Academy in central Manchester.
You will own clinical candidate processes, drive onboarding enhancements, and partner with the Academy to develop induction and paid-for courses, while providing leadership to the Clinical Development Advisors and aligning with Central Operations.
