Overview
In this role you join a Kirkby-in-Ashfield practice to deliver a mixed NHS/private dentistry service, with a focus on growing private in-practice work such as implants, aligners, and restorative treatment. You work within a supportive team that uses digital dentistry tools and collaborates with specialists to maximise patient care. You will contribute to clinical growth, mentor colleagues, and participate in training through the Academy. This is a patient‑facing, impact-driven position in a well-equipped practice with modern technology.

Responsibilities
- Deliver NHS/private dentistry with emphasis on private growth and patient conversion
- Provide restorative dentistry, implants, endodontics, aligners, and cosmetic procedures
- Utilise on-site interoral scanner and CBCT for diagnosis and planning
- Work with hygienist, therapist, and treatment co-ordinator to maximise care and efficiency
- Engage in mentorship or Educational Supervisor roles as opportunities arise
- Participate in training and CPD through the practice Academy
- Collaborate with partnerships for whitening, implants, aligners, and related products
- Support practice operations with a focus on smooth patient flow and service quality
