Your Future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentist. You’ll be joining us at our Kettering Practice, currently based in Gold Street, but relocating to a brand new state of the art site in Northall Street, NN16 8AQ in September 2026. Now is an exciting time to join the team during a period of growth.
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. Whilst not essential, we welcome applications from GDC qualified dental nurses.
The working pattern for this role will be on a full time basis Monday-Friday. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing:
- Performing and reviewing patient scans using TRIOS software
- Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
- Monitor and report on marketing performance
- Support patients through their treatment journey
- Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
- Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
- Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
About you:
- Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
- Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
- Confidence using all social platforms
- Great at building relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
- Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
