You will be joining our Resourcing Department within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG). The role is 9 months fixed term and full time with hybrid working arrangements - 1 day per week in the office.

Your future, your role:
- Exploring employment opportunities and screening candidates (for all clinical roles) across the South East and matching them to suitable job roles
- Head-hunting and researching the job market to establish hiring potential, generating referrals, and networking to build a pipeline of talent
- Searching the database for candidates and being creative with sourcing methodologies including the use of social media and other sourcing tools
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates and manage these individuals through the full recruitment process
- Develop talent pools and maintain positive contact with candidates to ensure we have a pipeline of suitable talent for future roles
- Attending exhibitions and events as required to build the candidate pipeline further
