Your future, your schedule
You’ll be joining us at our Old Mill Lane practice in central Formby. With surgery available on Mondays and Thursdays 9am-5pm.
A fantastic 8-surgery practice set across 2 floors, with 3 ground floor surgeries and 5 upstairs.

- Based near to Formby beach and 5 minutes from the motorway
- Well-established practice with excellent levels of patient demand and a high patient footfall
- Premium practice location with high footfall of patients and private treatment enquiries
- Fully qualified supportive staff
- The practice offers a wide range of treatments both NHS and Private, including Dental Implants, Endodontics, Periodontics and Orthodontics
- CBCT and OPG on site
- Dedicated marketing support from 2 full-time treatment co-ordinators in practice to drive and qualify patients
- Car park available
- Formby is a pretty quaint village approximately 10 miles from Liverpool city centre and less than an hour's drive from Manchester and has fantastic transport routes
