You'll join us as a Practice Manager in our busy practice, Exeter - North Street. A full-time and permanent position.
An exciting opportunity to lead a 6-surgery dental practice located on North Street in Exeter, based close to local transport routes, and with nearby parking available. The practice offers a wide range of NHS and specialist private treatments, including Implants, Dentures and Facial Aesthetics, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further. We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth.

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
- Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
