A full-time and permanent role. Flexible hybrid working arrangements following the initial training period. Our Support Centre is located in Kearsley (M26 1GG). You will benefit from free onsite parking, and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away. There is an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for sunnier days). Occasional ad-hoc travel is required to support managers in relevant meetings; these will be planned in advance with travel expenses paid.

As an Employee Relations Partner, you’ll be:

  • Providing commercial, swift, and robust advice to assigned regions within a customer-focused ER service.
  • Ensuring managers act within policy and procedure, providing commercial solutions to employee relations issues.
  • Managing risks effectively in a compliant and commercially aware manner within the appropriate processes.
  • Supporting operational management in disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and performance management, along with other employee relations processes.
  • Reviewing and advising the Senior Business Partner – HR Operations on potential employee litigation, in partnership with the legal team, to ensure cost-effective and robust outcomes.

You will have experience in:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
