You’ll be joining our Facilities teamwithin our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
- The role is permanent and full time
- Based at the Support Centre

Your future, your role
As an Senior Helpdesk Coordinator, you’ll be:
- Incoming calls are answered promptly with average handling time is minimised
- CAFM/IFS related jobs are prioritised accordingly
- Failed PPM tasks are issued as new work orders to maintain compliance across all assets
- Work with contractors to process all uplifts/ CAPEX requests, enabling the Facilities Manager to make the right commercial repair/ replace decision to optimise revenue delivery
- Work with contractor supply chain to ensure 3-way visibility of all maintenance issues via the B2B portal
- CAFM/IFS Process & Systems Lead – To optimise CAFM/IFS as a helpdesk system to improve workflow/ delivery to practices

Experience
- Call/ contact centre experience (or similar) desirable
