You’ll be joining us at our Berkhamsted dental practice. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. You will be part of the Senior Leadership team working together to promote the Practice and what we can offer.

The working pattern for this role will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm, plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing:

  • Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance
  • Support patients through their treatment journey
  • Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
  • Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
  • Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
