Your future, as a Customer Insights Lead at mydentist. You’ll be joining our Corporate Affairs department within our office called the Support Centre (M26 1GG).

The role is Permanent, Full time hours, Hybrid working - which will involve occasional support centre and practice visits.

Your future, your role:

As a Customer Insights Lead you’ll be:

  • Leading the design and delivery of research, analytics, and reporting that uncovers actionable insights, shaping customer journeys, marketing, and sales strategies within mydentist.
  • Conducting research into potential customers, including market trends, competitor analysis, and unmet patient needs.
  • Managing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data (e.g. surveys, NPS, CSAT, feedback forms, social listening, market data).
  • Monitoring trends and providing early warnings on issues that could impact performance.
  • Developing dashboards and reporting tools to track patient sentiment and behaviour.

You will need:

  • Experience in customer insight, market research, or analytics roles (ideally in healthcare, retail, or consumer services).
  • Experienced and proficient user of various research techniques (quantitative and qualitative) and use of data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Experience with CRM and customer feedback platforms would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics, segmentation, or predictive modelling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it simply.
