We're ambitious, focusing on the big picture and transforming how we deliver dentistry. n Your future, your benefits \n \n \n Salary ranges from £99,000 to £102,000 per annum (pro rata) \n \n Holidays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays) \n \n Annual Support Centre bonus scheme \n \n Private medical insurance \n \n Company car benefit \n \n Health and wellbeing benefits; including a virtual GP service and Employee Assistance Programme helpline which includes free counselling sessions \n \n Access to fantastic discounts at cinemas, major retail brands, restaurants and coffee chains - simple and easy to access making it possible to save hundreds of pounds a year \n \n Recognition schemes including Support Centre Heroes and service awards \n \n Your future, your role \n As a Clinical Director, you'll be: \n \n \n Provide clinical leadership to strategic programmes and transformation initiatives \n \n Lead clinical workstreams or specific projects where clinical expertise is required, assigning and overseeing clinical resource to support where relevant \n \n Ensure new processes, systems and ways of working are clinically safe, practical and support excellent patient care \n \n Develop strong and collaborative relationships with senior leaders, clinicians and corporate colleagues to deliver shared objectives \n \n Build credibility and influence across corporate and operational teams to ensure clinical considerations are reflected appropriately in strategic initiatives \n \n Translate complex clinical issues into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders \n \n Understand the needs of clinicians across the organisation and identify opportunities to improve their experience and effectiveness \n \n Ensure corporate services are designed with clinicians' and patients' needs in mind and deliver measurable value \n \n Champion high standards of clinical quality, patient safety and professional practice \n \n Knowledge and Experience \n \n \n General Dental Council (GDC) registration, and significant clinical practise experience in the UK is essential \n \n Proven experience in a leadership role in a clinical environment \n \n Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of statutory regulations relating to dentistry \n \n Sound understanding of business and commercial environment and the need for effective management and controls \n \n Skills \n \n \n Excellent verbal and written communication skills \n \n Highly collaborative, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships \n \n Proven ability to take responsibility for keeping skills and knowledge up to date \n \n Ability to grow and maintain professional network to drive business forward \n \n Strong attention to detail, able to identify risks particularly where business stakeholders do not have the clinical knowledge to do so \n \n Enjoy being part of a team that's passionate about supporting our practices and ultimately heling the nation smile. \
