Your future, your role:
As a Clinical Director, youll be:
- Providing clinical leadership to strategic programmes and transformation initiatives.
- Leading clinical workstreams or specific projects where clinical expertise is required, assigning and overseeing clinical resource to support where relevant.
- Ensuring new processes, systems and ways of working are clinically safe, practical and support excellent patient care.
- Developing strong and collaborative relationships with senior leaders, clinicians and corporate colleagues to deliver shared objectives.
- Building credibility and influence across corporate and operational teams to ensure clinical considerations are reflected appropriately in strategic initiatives.
