Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist
You’ll be joining us at our Victoria Road practice in New Brighton, CH45 9LB. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face-to-face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.
The working pattern for this role is part-time, working 32 hours/4 days a week. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing
- Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
- Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
- Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
- Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
