Your future, your role: As a Practice Manager, you will be:

  • Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
