This is a rare opportunity to join the UK's leading dental care provider and play a key role in shaping the future of one of the nation's largest healthcare property portfolios.
Reporting directly to the Head of Property Development, you will lead the identification, acquisition and delivery of new practice locations, relocations and strategic growth projects across your region.
The Opportunity
As Senior Property Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for delivering property acquisitions, relocations and network expansion initiatives that support mydentist's ambitious growth strategy.
You will manage projects from initial site identification through to legal completion, leading negotiations, coordinating due diligence and ensuring robust business cases are developed and approved.
Working across a broad range of stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Construction, Legal and M&A teams, you will become a trusted property expert with significant influence on the future direction of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisitions & Relocations
- Lead regional acquisition and relocation projects in line with network growth plans.
- Identify and secure new property opportunities for dental practices.
- Undertake detailed property and technical due diligence on acquisition opportunities.
- Manage all property-related aspects of transactions through to legal completion.
- Secure planning permissions and manage planning-related risks.
- Commercial Negotiation
- Lead negotiations on leases, acquisitions and landlord agreements.
- Secure commercially advantageous terms, including rent, incentives, break clauses and landlord obligations.
- Challenge and improve deal structures to maximise long-term operational flexibility and value.
- Business Growth & Strategy
- Partner with operational leaders to support regional growth initiatives.
- Assess commercial viability and provide recommendations on prospective opportunities.
- Contribute to investment papers, governance processes and board approvals.
- Stakeholder & Project Leadership
- Coordinate external advisers including surveyors, planners, architects and legal teams.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, agents, developers and local authorities.
- Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders on project progress, risks and opportunities.
About You

You will likely possess
- MRICS qualification and a degree in Real Estate or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in commercial property acquisition and site finding.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, planning processes and lease negotiations.
- A proven track record of securing and delivering multi-site acquisition projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Established relationships across agent, developer and landlord networks.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting business case development.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and operate effectively within a remote and regional role.
