- Salary up to £40,000p.a depending on experience

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions

Skills and Experience -
- Able to manage a team to achieve and hit targets
- Able to prioritise and delegate tasks
- Experienced in people management with the ability to develop and support.
