You’ll be joining us as a Designate Manager covering a number of sites in the Barking Road Practice, Longbridge Road Barking, Old Kent Road and Sydenham. Working hours are full time - 37 hours per week.

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
