You'll be joining us at our Ashington practice on a full time basis - 40 hours per week.
Your future in the Ashington practice:
- Busy 8 Surgery Training Practice.
- Offering a variety of NHS and Private treatments.
- Managing a large, friendly and supportive team
- This is a training practice for New and Overseas dentists and Therapists as well as Dental Nurses from the NHS Dental Hospital.
- On site parking, close to public transport routes and local amenities.

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
- Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
Skills and Experience
- As this is a training practice clinical knowledge would be extremely beneficial
- A people focused manager who is able to support and develop teams
- Experience with managing budgets and working towards targets
