You\’ll be joining us at our Gosforth Practice in Newcastle.
Working hours are full time 40 hours .
Your future in the Gosforth practice:
- 8 surgery practice which is due to be extended to 9 surgeries.
- Offering a variety of NHS and Private treatments including cosmetic, implants and clear aligners.
- Managing a large, friendly and supportive team
- On site parking, close to public transport routes and local amenities.

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you\’ll be:
- Driving your practice\’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
