The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Your future, as a Business Analyst at mydentist. The role is initially a 12 month fixed-term contract to support growth projects within the business. Full-time hours and flexible hybrid working with our Support Centre based in Kearsley (M26 1GG). You will benefit from free onsite parking, and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away.

Your role as a Business Analyst will involve:
- Working as part of the project team to implement a new CRM system.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for the relevant business solution.
- Understanding current business processes, identifying the potential for refinement and improvement.
- Championing the importance of business process reengineering in maximising system and process efficiency to achieve long-term value.
- Acting as a conduit between the Transformation Lead, the IT team, and third-party technical teams to maximise functionality throughout the design phase and appropriately challenge vendors in the interest of the business.
- Objectively assessing that design decisions meet the expected outcomes of the business case.
- Documenting all requirements, User Story, and acceptance criteria for review and approval.
- Updating existing business process diagrams and creating new ones where needed.
You will have:
- Proven experience working in a Business Analyst role as part of a complex CRM system implementation e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot (essential).
- Experience in the Dental / Healthcare industry (desirable) with multi-site, un-networked colleagues.
- Experience of following agile project delivery methods (desirable).
- A keen advocate of the benefits of business process reengineering to establish the greatest business value.
- Great communication skills with the ability to foster positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels.
