About the Practice
Your future, as a Self-employed Associate Dentist at mydentist. You’ll be joining us at our Bramley practice in central Leeds. The Bramley practice is a brand new, centrally located, 10 surgery practice with access to the latest equipment and materials. An experienced team of 10 clinicians with specialisms in Implantology, supported by a practice manager, together create a supportive and efficient practice. Well-led practice with a friendly and supportive team, including 9 fully qualified and experienced dental nurses, a fully experienced Dental Therapist, and access to a Dental Hygienist. Support from a Treatment Co-ordinator in practice to drive and qualify private patients for you. Excellent private potential. Opportunity to deliver affordable private treatments under the new myoptions scheme. Free onsite parking. Close motorway links to M621 / M62. Bramley is the nearest train station. State-of-the-art air filtration and a chain of protective measures to ensure colleagues and patients are kept safe.

Mentorship & Support
You can choose to have an in-practice clinical mentor on hand to guide and support you for at least three days per week for your first six months. With a UDA allocation, you will enjoy an NHS pension as well as access to NHS long term sick pay and NHS maternity / paternity / adoption pay. Choice of working hours and location to suit you when you join and into the future when things change. Opportunity to consider hours that will work around DCT placements. Access to the Clinical Development Advisor for your location for support to develop your career and grow your revenue. You are joining the largest peer network in UK dentistry of over 3,000 dentists and you can choose to be connected with other newly qualified dentists who join mydentist at the same time as you. We have partnerships with the major providers for implants, aligners and other products you may wish to access.
Induction & CPD
Through our Academy you will attend a specific newly qualified dentist face-to-face induction. In your first year you can choose to be supported in setting a development plan tailored to meet your needs; core CPD is via Agilio. Access to industry-leading central Support Centre; this includes experienced Marketing, Compliance, IT and Patient Support teams.
