About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Equestrian Centre Manager to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running and future development of our small school equestrian facility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about equine care, enjoys working in an educational environment, and has the vision to help shape and grow the centre’s offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of a small yard (10 horses) including stable care, turnout, feeding and general horse welfare
- Maintain the arena/menage, fields and facilities to a high standard
- Coordinate lessons, Pony Club activities and school‑based equestrian programmes
- Manage equipment, supplies, health
