Recruitment Manager
Mydas Recruitment are a specialist multi disciplinary and multi sector recruitment consultancy.
We have been operating since 1993 operating in the Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing & Engineering sectors, we have developed an unrivaled knowledge and client base within these sector.
We work with a host of clients in Northern Ireland, UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Due to ongoing demand we have a requirement for a Recruitment Manager to join our team.
Day to day
- Manage your own recruitment desk – developing a network of client companies, arranging interviews, prepping candidates, salary negotiations and providing feedback.
- Research – formulate a strategy around identifying clients you want to work with & how.
- Provide a focused, research led search across multiple channels including, social media, cv databases, referrals etc.
- Headhunt suitable talent and build a pipeline of candidates.
- Attend relevant sector specific networking events
- Manage a team of various grades of recruitment consultants
- Drive sales
- Manage the recruitment process
- Supporting team and individual performance
- Manage team and individual targets
- Deal with complaints
Your experience
- 5+ years’ previous recruitment experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, technology, engineering or science;
- Excellent sector knowledge & contacts
- 3 + years experience experience managing teams within the recruitment sector
- Strong work ethic;
- Drive, ambition, resilience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Work to achievable targets
