We have a requirement for a project administrator to work within an existing team and assist operational duties within a multinational organisation. This role will support the security teams to deliver a robust Security framework. You will be able to demonstrate a solid background in business and project management with a passion for continual improvement as well as a robust adherence to policies and directives.

The Role:

  • Coordinate and manage Physical Security Project enablement across strategic and tactical Projects.
  • You will be supporting the Physical Security Operations team with the delivery of all services to the business including, Security Operations, Security Systems, Fire Fighting, Emergency Response and Fire Safety.
  • Assist with the continuous development of the Security service provision to the business by checking, auditing, collating and analysing reviews to understand root causes of failures in order to identify service improvements. Implement those improvements and assess the results.
  • You will assist the Head of Site Security and the Site Security Manager with the running of the regular meetings, ensuring that all actions are captured on the trackers and actions are identified with owners and tracked through to resolution. You will be responsible for compiling the weekly KPI report for the site and ensuring that it is available prior to the weekly KPI meeting.
  • Lead Capex on a project basis.
  • Active Risk Management (ARM) central coordinator.

KEY SKILLS

You must have / demonstrate the following skills:

  • Project Management.
  • A background in security, administration or operational support.
  • Comprehensive experience in computer skills Microsoft office and G-SUITE.
  • Experience of auditing, process confirmation, root cause and analysis and continuous improvement is essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly and an adaptable approach to daily activities is essential.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

You should have or demonstrate ability of the following skills:

  • Experience with security systems installation project management.
  • Experience of managing a contractor is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of KPIs and SLAs.
  • 3rd level education in Project Management or evidence of relevant experience in security projects and performance.
