Our client, a manufacturing organisation in the marine sector, based in Belfast, have a requirement for Marine Engineers to work with their manufacturing teams and ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality & schedule.
Candidates should have 3+ years experience of:
- assembly planning
- cost reduction engineering modifications
- leading innovation & change management
- planning and alignment of build process
- experience of leading new product development
- experience of dealing with & leading internal & external vendors
- creation of visual work instructions
- BOM experience of design liaison
- assisting & leading production teams
