Mydas Recruitment are experts in the sourcing and supply of Engineers to leading organisations. We have an exciting new short term project (12 weeks) available with a multinational manufacturing organisation based in Northern Ireland to support new projects.
Candidates should have 2+ years experience of:
- Support shop floor activities
- Experience in formulating bills of material
- Support continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement, machine availability through lean techniques and value engineering to enhance the capability of existing processes and remove waste
- Support product CAM/CAE activities
- Work with clients & customers to resolve any issues
- Identify & rectify all non-conforming products
- Identify any tooling requirements
- Help to drive manufacturing efficiency
- Work in cross functional teams including design, manufacturing, supply chain etc.
- Assess production line performance / implement Lean procedures
