Mydas Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Belfast team.

You will build and manage your own recruitment desk, develop a network of client companies, arrange interviews, prep candidates, salary negotiations and provide feedback.

We require 5 years of recruitment experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, technology, engineering or science, with excellent sector knowledge.

You will headhunt talent across channels and attend sector networking events; travel opportunities
