Due to continued growth, our client, a multinational manufacturing organisation based in Northern Ireland, has a requirement for a quality inspector to work with multifunctional teams throughout the organisation, to ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality & schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out product inspections and Quality Control / Quality Assurance activities.
- Ensuring product compliance with design, customer and regulatory authority requirements and regulations.
- Monitoring the Delegated Operator Scheme.
- Working flexibly in groups and on shifts.
- Writing technical reports to highlight drawing, process and tooling anomalies to instigate investigation and corrective action.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed a recognised apprenticeship and have a minimum of 2 years relevant post-apprenticeship experience in a manufacturing/assembly or tooling environment.
- Candidates must be familiar with quality control requirements and have at least 3 years previous experience in the aerospace industry.
