We have an exciting new opportunity available; our client, a multinational manufacturing organisation based in Northern Ireland, has a requirement for a manufacturing engineer to work with multifunctional teams throughout the organisation to ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality, and schedule.
Candidates should have 2+ years experience of:
- Supporting shop floor activities
- Leading and supporting new products and new programmes
- Supporting and leading quality policies and procedures
- Providing liaison between design and manufacturing teams
- Working with clients and customers to resolve any issues
- Identifying and rectifying all non-conforming products
- Identifying any tooling requirements
- Helping to drive manufacturing efficiency
- Working in cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
- Assessing production line performance / implementing Lean procedures
