Mission
Lead the local implementation of high-impact HR technology and processes. Act as the focal point for significant change, ensuring alignment across local, national and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the full implementation of new HR tools, focusing on Compensations and HCM modules.
- Plan and execute the launch of a new time-and-attendance system, coordinating with Facility Management, IT, and security across a multi-site manufacturing organisation.
- Decommission the existing time-and-attendance solution, including historical data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, deliverables and success criteria; establish local processes that uphold national/global guidelines for performance, goals, and bonus schemes.
- Serve as the local liaison for key project elements within HR centres of expertise in the UK and internationally.
- Provide local implementation and dedicated reporting within the new software and standard run-mode payroll reporting (e.g., attendance hours).
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Partner with Communications to manage change-management and employee engagement for new HRIS tools.
Qualifications
- Post-graduate qualification in HR or a related field.
- Demonstrated project-management experience, preferably in an HR context.
- Basic understanding of time-and-attendance principles and their impact on payroll.
- Experience with MyPulse or similar HRIS implementation, especially in Compensations and HCM modules.
- Experience managing the decommissioning of time-and-attendance systems with historical data migration.
- Familiarity with implementing clock-in systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills for managing expectations and reporting to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in change-management and partnering with Communications for new HRIS tools.
- Ability to organise and validate local roles and responsibilities, liaising with global counterparts.
