MYDAS RECRUITMENT LTD is looking for a candidate to lead the implementation of high-impact HR technology in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This role involves owning the implementation of new HR tools, particularly focusing on Compensation and HCM modules, and planning the launch of a new time-and-attendance system.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a post-graduate qualification in HR
  • project management experience
  • familiarity with time-and-attendance systems

This is an 18-month contract with a possibility of permanent placement thereafter.
