Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our growing finance team. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day transactional finance processes. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in administration and basic finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Transactional Accounting
- Purchase Ledger: Process and reconcile purchase invoices for multiple business units (retail, franchise, wholesale).
- Bank Reconciliation: Posting of purchase ledger payments.
- Reporting & Controls
- Support management reporting processes including Supplier spend analysis.
- Contribute to improving internal financial controls and procedures across the group.
