About mycitipad mycitipad — “my pad, my space, my way” — is a London-based residential lettings, property management and sales estate agency, part of the BMOR group.

We manage the full tenancy lifecycle for our landlords and residents, combining hands-on property management with modern digital tools to keep every tenancy compliant, well-maintained and easy to deal with.

The role We are seeking an organised and proactive administrator to support the day-to-day management of our residential portfolio , including social housing stock and homes within the private rented sector .

The role is central to keeping property, tenancy and compliance information accurate, supporting residents and landlords, and helping us improve the way our team works.

Manage lettings administration from offer acceptance to move-in, including referencing, tenancy agreements, deposits, inventories and check-ins.

  • Prepare renewals, rent reviews, notices, check-out paperwork and proposed deposit deductions.
  • Maintain accurate property, landlord, resident and tenancy records on MRI, including agreements, certificates, invoices and correspondence.
  • Monitor tenancy dates, renewals, gas safety certificates, EICRs, EPCs and other compliance deadlines.
  • Monitor rent payments and arrears, contact residents regarding outstanding balances or payment arrangements, record actions and escalate serious cases.
  • Respond to day-to-day enquiries and coordinate maintenance from initial report through to completion, including quotations, approvals, contractor instructions and access.
  • Coordinate inspections, cleaning and remedial works, and ensure vacant properties are ready for marketing and re-letting.
  • Liaise professionally with residents, landlords, contractors, managing agents, concierge teams, local authorities and utility providers.
  • Prepare regular property management and arrears reports, support complaint handling and provide general administration to the wider team.
  • Help develop and improve mycitipad's existing systems, processes and digital workflows — including the MRI-based lettings workflow and landlord portal — to make the service more accurate, efficient and consistent.
  • What we are looking for
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using property management systems, Microsoft Office and shared digital workflows; MRI experience is desirable.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines and priorities.
  • A proactive, practical approach, including an interest in improving processes and learning new systems.
  • Previous experience in lettings, social housing or residential property management is preferred.

Experience of tenancy administration, maintenance coordination or rent arrears would be an advantage
