About the Role
As a Customer and Sales Support Consultant, you'll be a first point of contact for our farmer clients. You'll provide product information, help with orders and enquiries, and connect customers with the right people across the business.
You'll also support our field sales team by resolving system queries, processing orders, and taking part in outbound sales campaigns at key times of the year.
This is a hybrid role, based two days a week in our Hamilton office, with the option to work remotely for the rest of the week.
Skills And Experiences
About you
We're looking for someone who understands the dairy farming cycle and can easily relate to our farming community. You might be a farming parent returning to the workforce, a recent agriculture graduate, or someone from an administration or customer service background looking for a meaningful change.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A confident, friendly phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Good computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office an advantage
- A willingness to learn new systems and tools
- A collaborative, team-first attitude
- Good problem-solving skills and initiative
