The role
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager / Project Manager to lead the implementation of AI-enabled clinical workflow solutions across cardiology diagnostic imaging. This customer-facing role covers clinical operations, healthcare IT infrastructure, service transformation and evaluation. You will manage projects from scoping through to business as usual, working with clinicians, IT teams, executives and internal specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and digital workflow transformation projects.
- Define scope, success criteria and governance routes.
- Manage Agile delivery, including workshops, pilots and transition to BAU.
- Coordinate technical, clinical and commercial teams.
- Oversee multiple healthcare implementations at the same time.
- Capture evaluation data for case studies and business cases.
- Act as the main contact for clinicians, IT teams and executives.
- Facilitate workflow mapping and requirements workshops.
- Translate technical capability into clinical and operational value.
- Coordinate integration with PACS, RIS, EPR and infrastructure environments.
- Support data validation across DICOM, HL7 and FHIR standards.
- Produce project documentation, KPIs and evaluation reports.

The person
You will need at least five years’ experience delivering healthcare technology or digital transformation programmes, with experience implementing AI, imaging or clinical workflow systems. You will also bring:
- Prince2 or Agile project management experience.
- Understanding of NHS or equivalent healthcare governance.
- Knowledge of medical imaging, clinical IT standards and cloud or on-prem infrastructure.
- Experience in a start-up environment.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and communication skills.
- An analytical approach focused on measurable outcomes.
